Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pipojoy.nl with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We recommend keeping your proof of purchase for all returns.
